Slow cooker - large group

Anyone have an easy, kid friendly recipe for the slow cooker for up to 12 people?

Is really not mince based as we're having lasagne the day before.

Kids aren't big on overpowering flavours like curry etc.

It'll be for NY eve too, so if it's a bit of a treat even better Grin

My Pulled pork:
Season & Wrap pork shoulder in tin foil. Place in slow cooker with 500ml water, cook on low for 6 hours.

Remove foil, pour juice off, shred pork with two forks (remove squidgy fat)add a bottle of BBQ sauce and a cup of apple juice and keep on low for another hour. (May need some more salt)

Serve on soft white bread rolls with apple sauce, and coleslaw.

Ooh sounds delish. Had not thought of that. Pulled chicken might be kid-safer. Its party food too. Cheers!
