Brunch bits

I'm hosting a 'bring and share' brunch with some girlfriends next week. I was planning to get in touch with a rough list and ask people to pick something to bring, so that we don't end up with six bottles of Bucks Fizz and half a croissant each Hmm
Any suggestions/improvements to my list would be welcome as I feel a bit stuck! There will be 8/9 of us (no dietary reqs apart from one veggie).

Fruit juice
Bucks Fizz
Croissants/pastries
Eggs
Bacon
Bread
Smoked salmon(?!)

Some nice cut fruit, berries, mango and pineapple etc.

Some bagels and cream cheese to go with the salmon.

I'd add ripe avocados to the list and maybe halloumi.

Bacon, halloumi and avocado sandwiches are one of my favourite brunch things.

Cherry tomatoes, orange wedges, pineapple bits, yogurt and granola

Pancakes! How could I forget pancakes [slaps self on head] thanks, Wil! I always order pancakes if I eat brunch out. Lots of yummy sounding things there.
I LOVE hallucinations! Yum, thank you all.
