Please give me your mushroom risotto recipes!!

We are having it tonight. Never made it before, think I've got all the relevant ingredients, can't decide on a recipe to use!

Please recommend me a recipe!

Probably a bit late for tonight :) , but I use the Nigel Slater recipe in his book Real Fast Food -

I don't use a recipe but finelynchop a shallot. Sweat in little olive oil and butter. Turn up heat add a carton of chopped mushrooms. Fry until brown and starting to release juice. Pour in arborio rice - 1 packet for 6/7 people. Cook 2-3 minutes. Throw in some freeze dried parsley, nutmeg and stock/white wine (aboutb1.5 litres for a packet of rice). Throw in some porcini that you've crumbled into little boiling water. In Aga for 20 minutes. Pull out and stir in some mascarpone/creme fraiche - about two tablespoons. Stir in a couple of tablespoons Parmesan. Black pepper and serve. I use whole chestnuts in it if we're hungry.

Ooh. Was about to post my recipe but then noticed the addition of chestnuts to your version Crumbs now I'm hungry!!!!
