Xmas drinks - what nibbles to serve?

Having xmas drinks at mine for some friends, am wondering what to serve...so far I am thinking

Smoked salmon open sandwiches
Mini cheese scones in half with cream cheese & cherry tomato on
Crisps
Mince pies
Some kind of chocolate bitesize thing

There will be 8 of us and I don't want to go mad cooking...should I add mini sausages or a cheeseboard or something...mind has gone blank!

I often make these recipes and they always seem to go down well -

Smoked salmon with horseradish cream on rye bread -

Mini scones -
www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type-of-dish/party-food/canapes-nibbles/tiny-cheese-onion-and-olive-scones - warmed with cambozola as per suggestion

www.nigella.com/recipes/christmas-rocky-road - so good!

www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/nigella-lawson/chocolate-peanut-butter-cups-recipe.html - like the Reece ones.

Great drink here -
