What paper can I use to freeze roti on?

Ok a random one here folks...

I'm planning on making indian roti/chapati in batches. So partially cooking then on the stove then flash freezing them, and then piling them, with parchment paper in between. And I should be able to pull one out and stick in a pan when desired!

But I don't have parchment paper... what can I use instead... would foil do? Shoul I butter the foil? Also, I've never known the difference between greaseproof paper and baking paper... Blush

Thanks for any tips
