Scaling up a crumble for Christmas?

I'll be making this Rhubarb Crumble on Christmas day. I've made it once before, it's perfect. However i'll need to times the recipe by 3, to feed 11 people. I'll be using a bigger dish obviously, so I was wondering if I needed to increase the cooking time. What do you think? Also, i'll be using a fair proportion of defrosted Rhubarb, do you think that will make a difference? TIA

I'd make two, not one enormous one - if you increase recipes quantities you generally need to cook them for longer and cooler but too much longer and cooler will mess up the cooking. I would think that two each about 50% bigger than you usually make should be okay at the time and temp that recipe uses - crumble's lovely and forgiving!

Yeah that's probably a good idea
