Emergency - forgot to blind bake!

I'm sure it's all ruined but I have a couple of apple tarts in the oven. I forgot to blind bake the pastry - I had put a puree of apple before the apple slices so I couldn't just take apple off.

Any ideas as to how I avoid undercooked/soggy bottom?

How easily would the whole tart come out of the tin?? Once pretty much cooked, could you remove from tin, and out into a hot baking sheet to finish off the bottom?

can't get unstuck. Have put tin foil over the top and put back in the oven for 5 mins.

Put a preheated sheet under the tart tin so it can have an extra blast of heat on the bottom.
