Advice please ... Aldi pizza not suitable for home freezing?

DH did the shopping at Aldi earlier on this week and bought a pizza for lunch today, unfortunately he didn't look too carefully at the use by date. Without reading the box I popped it in the freezer .... I always assumed pizza was freezable. So.... I've just switched the oven on and I see it's 'not suitable for freezing'

Its a plain one ... from the chilled section, bufalo mozzerella & sun dried tomato on a sour dough base. Will we die if we eat it????

Yes, you will die.

It just means it been previously frozen

You'll be fine

No. You will be fine. Just add another 10 minutes on to the cooking time. Keep an eye on it and put some foil on it if it looks like it's burning.

If you don't want to cook from frozen it will defrost quick quickly if you place it on a baking sheet/baking tin/anything metal.

Never read the box!!

Thanks all Smile

Must admit I'm sure I've frozen them myself too, I've just never noticed the don't freeze bit. DH doesn't care and says he is having it. I come back and post if we survive Smile
