cooking fish on open fire - how not to end up with a piece of cardboard?

We're having a BBQ this weekend and I need to do fish as well as meat, but have had really really dry BBQ fish in the past. Am thinking of marinading, wrapping in foil and cooking in the embers.

Can anyone suggest a nice marinade?

(Oh, am in NZ and it is summer here, apparently )

Tandoori? Always had this at BBQs in the past... I love it!

Depends what kind of fish though I guess...?
