Need 140g of flour but no scales

Decided I was going to make toad in the hole tonight and now really fancy it, but I've just remembered I don't have any scales.
Anybody got any bright ideas how I can figure it out?

use google to change grams to ounces and then measure with a tablespoon - one heaped tablespoon = one ounce.
that is tablespoon not dessert spoon.

OK it's about 5.
one dessertspoon is about half a tablespoon.

Use a tablespoon

according to google you can convert it into ml and measure in a jug, 140g of plain flour is 265ml

A tablespoon = an ounce = 25g if that helps?

Managed to find a tablespoon so 5 of those seemed to do the trick. No whisk either but a fork did the job 😊
