Half a side of salmon

I have a small one of the above, boneless, skin on. Enough for two with a bit of left overs. Not had fish in too long, so please let me know any ideas on what to do with it? Thinking of keeping it whole and baking (possibly foil parcel type thing with herbs etc? But want to get some good flavour into it. Have access to basic fresh herbs - chives, parsley, coriander, basil and mint.

Preferably to go with spuds and salad/veg. Trying to not go to the shop for extras as really need to use up what we have!

I love salmon marinated in soy, ginger, garlic and chillies and then cooked in a foil parcel or grilled and served with noodles
