Hi I have a job interview tomorrow to become a cook in a care home. This will be my first job interview in 6 yrs since becoming a sahm.

This is a step change from my previous career but an area in which I previously trained in - sort of.

In order to support my application I have made a couple of dishes to showcase my skills - I like to think I am a good home cook.

However I have ibs and don't really bake anymore. Can you share your best ever cake recipes please so I can wow my hopefully, new boss.
