How long should 2 take?

Hi

I made this www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/banana_and_chocolate_74784
yesterday and dh and ds polished it off (it was meant to be for ds's lunchbox this week!).

So I'm going to make 2 x 1lb loaves. How long should I leave them in for?

Thanks!

They shouldn't take any longer than one, just make sure they're spaced well apart on the oven shelf. I often make more than one banana loaf if I've got bananas to use up and I always just bake them for the same amount of time.

Thanks. I was reading about freezing bananas for future loaves (I have 3 more black ones). Stupid question alert do I freeze them in their skins or out and in ziplock bags or some other way? Thanks!

You can mash them and freeze them ready to use in banana loaves, I've done that before and they work fine.
