...and how long is it nice?

thinking of roasting chicken drumsticks for dc's lunchbox. how long are they nice to eat (cold) and safe?

As long as cooled quickly and refrigerated i would use within 48hrs.

I guess pre-cooking for the whole week wouldn't be wise...

3-4 days I'd say. Cooked on Sunday, I would eat on Weds, but probably not Thursday.

I'd say2- 3 days, for cold ( I would probably use them after that if I was doing something where I could reheat them, like stew or something)
