DH bought a fresh joint of beef today, cooked it according to instructions on pack... 6mins per 100 grams, he cooked it for 1hr 45 looked good, tasted nice....come to cut it up for sandwiches and its gone really slimy!! I've never known cooked beef do this.
does anybody have any ideas what's happened to it?? ( it had cooled down before putting in the fridge ) its totally put us off eating it now and it wasn't bloody cheap either so looks like the dogs may have it!!
