Gluten Free recipe book with cauliflower pizza recipe

A friend is gluten free, I was telling her about cauliflower pizza bases. I know she can Google the recipe but I need to buy her a gift anyway so thought I'd be able to find a cook book containing that and other ways of using cauliflower instead of flour but the only things thing I can find is a kindle book. Does anyone have a gluten free/paleo recipe book or a cauliflower cook book containing the pizza recipe that is still available to buy please?
