pasta, pesto and peas is our never-fail meal.

Just a bit of what you're having. I don't see a cold should make a difference to food intake?

pasta
veg
tuna
tortillas
veg samosa's
veg soup and bread
are all healthy and quick

pasta, pesto and peas used to be ours but he has gone off it, which is very annoying!

it doesnt make a difference to his food intake- i think they just need comfort food sometimes. also he does usually have our left overs for his lunch the next day but i think a very spicy thai green curry might be a bit too much for him

We love the 'p' dinner too, AitchTwoOh'! (sometimes stick some prawns in it aswell if I'm feeling generous)
