kungpo chicken really hot and spicy but also sweet, very nice.
Cantonese a sweet sauce
dont know about the others.

wont be having the kung po chicken then, dh has hiatus hernia and cant eat anything spice.

crispy won tons are like fried dumplings

Crispy duck is marvellous! With pancackes and spring onions and hoi sin sauce.....cue tummy rumbling.
