Stick them (peeled) in the freezer and bake with them later.

do you have a blender?!

works the same as a smoothie maker i think lol

freeze them on sticks, they're lovely.

We make these in the summer when we go camping, but they are also good in the oven. And easy.

Unzip banana, slice in half. Break a chocolate bar - Mars Bar/Dairy Milk/Fairtrade Organic 70% Cocoa/Whatever tickles you - and insert pieces into banana a la 'sandwich'. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Unwrap and eat. With ice cream is nice, or cream or just on its own.

Panakeke - means banana pancakes in Samoan

Make a slightly thick pancake mix

Cut your banana's in half, dust in flour and dip into batter and deep fry.

Serve with a maple syrup and a dollop of cream or vanilla ice cream

Absolutely divine

Nigella has banana breakfast ring (cake type thing) that I have often fancied making, but never got round to. It's in the Feast book. Will post if you like.
