I made a chicken casserole. Chicken thighs, stock, lardons, carrots, handful of pearl barley, barns and spices. If I wanted to make it creamy would I just warm it up then stir in some cream?

Yes - but don't let it boil

Alternatively you could stir a spoonful if soft butter and a spoonful of flour together to make a paste, whisk in a ladle of the liquid, and then add it back into the the pot. Make sure it boils for a few more mins and it should cream up nicely!

Thanks. Barns = herbs. Oops

Did the cream. Worked a treat. Thanks.
