Specifically - Christmas cake. Rather than making one larger (20cm) cake, I'm making smaller ones, about 3.5" diameter and 2" deep, and I'm trying to figure out how long to bake them for. Usually I'd do 140C for 4 hours, as per Delia's instructions.
Would 2 hours be a good starting point? Or has anyone done this for themselves and have a definitive answer
