I'm not home a single night this week, DH is but at least 3 of them will be late so babysitter will be on dinner duty, any ideas for healthy nutritious meals I can make in advance and pop in the freezer that are still decent when defrosted?
DH aren't keen on red meat or pork, DD is very fussy and doesn't eat veggies really but likes chickpeas and will cope with frozen chopped spinach
One night at least is already dedicated to pasta pesto, and I have a chicken risotto in the freezer for another night
