Pattypan squash recipe

I bought a pattypan squash because I like the look of them, but now I don't really know what to do with it.
Does anyone have a good (vegetarian) recipe or recommendations on how to cook it ?

I grew them one year, just pretend it's a courgette. It is a summer squash so should be thin skinned, slice it and cook it in any courgette recipe. I ate mine at satsuma size, if it is very much bigger than that then the skin will be harder and you might be better stuffing it and baking it.

I slice them and fry them. Or grill them. Yum 😀
