I have a craving for decent indian lemon pickle (I know we use limes over here because our lemons aren't the same). Store bought just isn't cutting it anymore, and I have no tried and true recipe. Most of the recipes I can find online require ingredients I don't have or can't get easily, as I live in the sticks. Do I really need asafoetida powder or curry leaves?
So if you've ever made it can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks!
