Need a storming good veggie ramen recipe please!

I've never mastered making the broth super tasty, or the ratios of veg/noodle/broth, or how much to cook the veg first (and which veg work best? I like courgette, spring onion, mushroom, some kind of leafy green like pak choi in mine, but what else would work?)
