Turkey breast steaks - what do I do with them?

Discovered some at the back of the freezer - can I dice the way I would chicken, and fry/ or should I slow cook? What do I do with them?

You don't need to slow cook them: grill or fry whole, or dice as you would chicken; would be nice stir fried with veg and noodles. I would add some soy sauce and Chinese five spice.
