so tonight I had a packet lemon & butter sauce - could make so much better myself but don't have any recipes.

Hows about this one - put 2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard and a glass of white wine into a hot pan and reduce until the alcohol smell has gone.

Add 5fl oz of double cream and simmer everything until it coats the back of a spoon. Season to taste.
