Can anyone recommend some baking blogs or places I can get inspiration from?
Pinterest always seems to have the same old shit on it.
I have lots of recipe books but they're a bit tired and I tend to buy things more focused on family meals now rather than baking. GBBO seems full of new ideas and its made me get back into baking - I made a rose drizzle cake today by adapting a lemon recipe I had.
An experimental amateur or a pro-baker it doesn't matter to me, I'd just like a resource to what other people are baking now.
