Anyone made the Thai green chicken curry from the supeRfood family classics book?

Is it any good? I have guests coming so don't want to serve up a boring dinner and I made the chicken jalfrezi from the same book and didn't rate much...

If you have made it did you use chicken breasts or thighs? The intro says thigh and the ingredients breasts....

No idea, but I made the chicken lasagne the other night. No where in the instructions did it say when to add the actual chicken into the mixture. It was super tasty though.

Anyway, my point is I'm not surprised there are more mistakes. I'd certainly prefer breast in a green curry.

That lasagne looks nice!

I've made it but with prawns. It's less of a faff than his other Thai green curry recipe but tastes really nice. I'd definitely go for breast rather than thigh.

Is it just me or are there tons of mistakes in that book? I love the recipes, but some of the measurements and cooking time are bonkers.

I really like the red Thai curry from his 30 minute meals book - it says prawns but I usually use chicken. It's definitely good enough to serve up to guests. Not tried the green one.
