Looking for ideas to use up what we have in the cupboards or freezer as I am tired of doing the same things. Happy to buy extra bits To add in if needed. Some bits are from random food hamper gift:

Tins:
chickpeas
Tuna
Borlotti beans
Butter beans
Artichoke hearts
Coconut milk
New potatoes
Sardines
Chopped tomatoes x lots

Cupboard:
Walnuts
Dried fruits (various and would love to shift)
Curry paste
Green olives
Seedy mustard
Dijon mustard
Anchovies
Preserved lemons
Sweet chilli sauce
Chilli oil
Suet
Mango chutney x3

Freezer:
Tortilla wraps
Sausages
Bolognese meat mix
Haddock fillets
Green beans
Peas
Stew veg
Chopped spinach
Soy beans
Mixed peppers (sliced)

Please inspire me!

Could you fry up some of the mixed peppers from the freezer add the drained chickpeas and some tinned tomatoes and cook down and have it in tortilla wraps, perhaps with some spices and raisins?

Ooh and a butter bean and preserved lemon salad with a little chilli, cumin and fresh corriander ?

Thank you, wouldn't have thought of any of these!

Any more ideas?

chickpeas + tomatoes: chana massala served with chutney and rice or tortilla wraps used as chapatis

butter beans + artichoke: this river cottage salad or dip

tomatoes + peppers + spinach + eggs: shakshuka

sausage tray bake using the new potatoes and your seedy mustard

butter bean bake in the oven using lots of garlic, herbs and tinned tomatoes (google greek butter beans and you'll get loads of ideas)

fish curry using the paste, haddock, spinach and green beans/peas...serve with wraps and mango chutney

Tuna bean and potato salad

Pea and mint soup ( recipe also involves potatoes too)

In fact, soup is generally a good way to use up odd ingredients! Add some cream or sour cream for extra richness
