Making my own bread.

I want to start baking my own bread but in the easiest way I can. Are the bread mixes you can buy any good?

They are not bad. The Wrights ones are OK, but I would start with simple ones like white and brown and wholemeal. Leave the other, more fancy ones until you have the hang of it. The best I found when I started was a Waitrose own-label one.
After you start you will soon graduate to doing it all by hand, buying separate ingredients, weighing and mixing your own. It is a fantastic past-time.
