Is this rose supposed to be fuzzy?

It doesn't taste awful, but not brilliant...but then it was only £4.50

Will I die if I drink it? Maybe it's supposed to be slightly sparking?

I think Portuguese rosé is supposed to be very slightly fizzy.

I know that Mateus rosé stuff is, anyway.
