Waitrose lamb stock - what to do with it

Basically that. I bought it a while ago when family were coming for dinner, cooked lamb shoulder and there was enough liquid with just red wine. Didn't need it and it's in the fridge and will go off soon but want to use it, it's the Cooks' Ingredients range.

Any ideas?

Use it as a base for a delicious Moroccan-style tagine or lentil and chickpea harissa soup?

Make Delia's lamb and haricot bean stew?

Or can you freeze it?

Ooh I like the sound of Delia's stew! I'll look it up. Thank you

My mum used to make it - it was delicious. Now I think about it, it might have been lamb and cherry tomato, served with haricot beans. Google both!

Ideal basis for Scotch Broth or any other lamb based soup.
