Which Jamie Oliver book?

I am tempted by the Super food one, but there's also the Super food Family Classics. I can't have them both, which one is the most useful? The Super food one seems to be quite reliant on avocados, I was thinking the second one looked a bit more down to earth. Any thoughts?

I have the superfood one and am tempted by the family classics but may try to borrow it first.

Have to say I cook loads more out of his 30 minute book, it's much more up my street!

I've got both - I think the family one is prob better for colder weather cooking, but they are both fab.

I'm allergic to avocado, and a lot of the recipes you can just leave it out. Ones where it's integral I just ignore Grin

DH and I started on the orig Superfoods one in Jan and we both lost 20lb over the course of about 5 months, and we weren't fat to start with well maybe a teeny bit
