Dd has gone vegan. No prob as she's a teen and can cook for herself etc
But I want to do more family meals.
But, and this is the complication, we can't do any nuts or pulses or seeds -anaphylaxis 
And really DD tends more towards bland than spicy in all things.
So we've got pasta with various tomato/ veg sauce, or root veg pie with bought puff pastry, or roast veg. All v tasty but on a v short repeat cycle!
And family puddings are not much beyond chocolate puddle pudding/ fruit cobbler.
Any words of wisdom please?
I'd like to try out tofu recipes etc
