Is it ok to freeze something made from frozen spinach??

Hi all,

Just made some palak paneer using this recipe www.nigella.com/recipes/members/mithais-palak-paneer and I was wondering if I can freeze any left overs given I have used frozen spinach in the recipe...

Yes you can as it has now been cooked

For example, if you used frozen fish to make a fish pie, you could then freeze the pie because you would have cooked the fish. What you couldn't do though is defrost the fish and then just re-freeze it
