Dinner party dessert for someone with multiple allergies

Looking for inspiration for a dessert for a guest who can't have wheat, dairy or chocolate. I'm ok with the other courses. In the past, I've made poached pears; baked fruits; and brûléed rice pudding made with coconut milk. Other guests eat everything, but ideally I'd make the same for everyone or something similar I can adapt. I've tried baking with wheat free flour in the past but not keen on the results. I've also bought the Swedish dairy free ice cream other times as an accompaniment. Any ideas welcome. Thank you

Zabaglione

This Nigella recipe using dairy free fat instead of butter.

This lemon drizzle cake using dairy free fat.

I agree that a fruit salad is a bit "worthy" and unimaginative.

Sugar the rims of large wine glasses, half fill with prosecco, add a small scoop of home made lemon sorbet, serve with GF pastry hearts or almond biscuits, garnish with redcurrant cluster.

Grown up jelly, Campari and orange, gin and lime, Dubonnet and raspberry, garnish with fruit and serve with GF biscuits.

Birds custard powder is egg free, make it up with an appropriate alternative milk?

Char grilled mango and pineapple is lovely and looks good, also caramelized oranges with pomegranate seed garnish is pretty and tasty.

I made a dairy free mousse (also gf and choc free). This recipe
minimalistbaker.com/3-ingredient-peanut-butter-mousse/ Super easy, really yummy. Garnish with either fruit or little gf biscuits (you could do coconut macaroons or peanut butter cookies, both v easy to do df and I have at least 1 recipe for each that is gf) or both? Just make sure you use full fat coconut milk or there won't be enough coconut cream.

Baked fruit with dairy free ice cream- chop up mix of fruits- peaches, banana, Apple, pears. Drizzle with honey and bake on a medium heat until soft and a syrup is forming on baking tray.

Jelly with fruit in? Raspberry jelly with forest fruits (buy them frozen) is delicious, especially in summer. You can use cava and / or sparkling water to make the jelly.

I second the idea of orange and almond cake (serve with sliced oranges with rose water).

I often make Diana Henry's one with GF flour for friends - there's so little flour you don't notice. Recipe here: www.foodmakermerchant.com/2013/08/crazy-water-and-orange-almond-cake.html?m=1
