Healthy Cereal Bars

I've got a pretty tasty recipe for healthy (sugar free) cereal bars. To 'set', they go in the freezer then cut into bars, but when they are taken out of the freezer, they break up, so can't be used for school snack, packed lunches, etc.

The binding ingredients are honey and peanut butter. I've tried using a little sugar in the hope it would set hard but they still break up. I don't want o replace the honey with sugar as it defeats the purpose.

Does anyone have any ideas of what else I could use? Or links to a tried and tested recipe please?

I think it's hard when you aren't melting the sugars in the honey because it's when that solidifies that it sets firm.
I make these Porridge bars as they are baked they hold firm but they don't have all the butter and sugar of flapjacks. If you are worried about the sugars in the dried fruit you can just add more seeds and nuts.
