Over the summer my 14 year old Dd has decided she would like to be vegetarian when school starts up again in September. I'm slightly concerned that this is a bit of a phase but am willing to support her in her endeavours. However, she is slightly overweight (10st 7lbs) at 5 ft 10 and a picky eater (she won't eat egg or most cheeses other than cheddar), therefore I ideas for healthy, easy to cook vegetarian meals that she won't turn her nose up at would be much appreciated!
