The sugar free banana loaf recipe on bnc good food.

It quick and easy to make (need a dork and a bowl!), very tasty, and actually healthy! My dc love having it for breakfast, with peanut butter spread on.

Could geeks and nerds help too panda, or just dorks Wink?

There's a banana cake recipe on the recipe page on here that I use.

I love the one on the bbc website - by John barrowman, weirdly?

Nigella all the way. I substitute the rum raisins for dark chocolate chips. Mmmmm

Also you can freeze super ripe bananas too. Freeze them in their skins and then peel when using. They look a bit black when defrosted but doesn't affect the taste at all.

I use the Paul Hollywood Good Food one but adapt it. Reduce the sugar by half and substitute chocolate chips( if you want) with raisins, or sultanas or walnuts. It's dead easy and never fails.

Grin at dork, my autocorrect has a mind of its own!

Cakes - you are officially my hero. I can't bake anything 'til Tuesday so I was in danger of throwing the lot out.

Thank You!

Mary berry's is the best; here it is on a blog post

I've just polished one off, with the help of three neighbours and DH. I ate two slices warned, with butter, for breakfast on Thursday.
