Trying to loose weight, where am I going wrong?

I don't know if anyone can help me but I'm trying to loose weight but keep gaining it instead! Is there anything wrong with my daily diet:

Breakfast: porridge with a banana
Lunch: ham and tomato sandwich on brown bread, carrot sticks, grapes, yogurt
Dinner: eg chicken, noodles, stir fry veg
Evening: biscuits Blush

If I gave up the biscuits do you think I would loose weight? Or is the rest of the day not great either?

An entire packet of biscuits! Why are you even asking where you're going wrong?

It's simple - eat less move more. Be honest about how much you're eating.

I don't like Slimming World - there's no focus on nutrition. No avocados?

Eggs for breakfast
Soup or salad for lunch
Chicken or salmon with brown rice and veg
At least two litres of water

No alcohol. No biscuits! One treat meal a week. And 4x exercise where you're red in the face and sweating a week. Go for a run. 2 miles should take less than half an hour.

Can you give the kids crudités and hummus or oatcakes with nut butter instead of the biscuits? They are eating a packet each a week and that isn't healthy either.

I try and do carbs at either breakfast or lunch and not both. Sandwich thins are a good alternative to bread. Measure out your oil and know how much you are using.

My fitness pal is good for tracking, weigh and measure everything for a week and then you will see.
