Healthy sweets - do they exist?

Hello all,

Does anyone believe in healthy sweets? Can anyone suggest any brands? My eldest daughter is mad crazy for sugar.
I noted a natural sweet (30g) the other day - with only 63 kcal - called Naturals. Nutritonals read:
Carbohydrates g 15.4
Sugars g 13.5 (fructose only, not processed)
Do you think this is too much sugar to give a 4/5 year old every day in a snack box? Can anyone suggest one pls? Thanks for your advice, x

Try blueberries in a tiny lunch box. Far better. Healthy sweets DO NOT exist, they will only create an habit and addiction.

Personally I wouldn't give them to her every day - ideally what you want to try and do is gradually wean her off - or at least reduce her "craziness" for it.

With that in mind, could you get her to have some of the naturally sweeter fruits - like mango, pineapple, grapes etc - you could make it fun by turning it into fruit kebabs and give her a yoghurt dip to have with them
