Chicken stock

After finally being organised enough to slow cook a chicken then put bones back in to make stock, what can I do with it? It smells gorgeous but I'm not too sure how to transfer the bowl of liquid into an edible meal? I'm not really a cook so if anyone has any simple ideas, I would really appreciate it Flowers

just put the stock into containers in 200 or so ml.
use it for soups, to cook rice, stew, risotto, spag bol....

Pour out of slow cooker, through a sieve and into a jug. I usually get 1.5 ltr- but obviously depends on what water/ingredients/how big your chicken was etc. Pour portions from jug into freezer bag ( I use 350ml) freeze most, keep what you'll use within 3 days.

With the first 350ml I would make chicken and coconut laksa

Then with the next 700ml I'd make a chicken veg risotto

With my last 450ml I would make a chicken ramen.

Or use it all and make a weeks worth of chicken soup Grin

Confused

Use it any time a recipe calls for chicken stock.

Freeze it until you want to use it.
