Unusual toastie fillings?

So I know there's standard toasties fillings, I personally eat almost daily Cheese and Red Onion in mine, but I was wondering if anyone had anything you wouldn't normally add?

For example, I've put leftover Bolognese in before which actually came out brilliantly, so anyone have any other ideas? I'll eat most things except the devil's food mushrooms

DP once put in Singapore noodles and the meat off a leftover spare rib (we'd had a Chinese the night before). He swears it was good with some bbq sauce... I'm still out

That's reminded me, macaroni cheese toasties are the best thing ever.

Not that we often have leftover macaroni cheese!

Crack an egg onto the bread, delicious!

Philadelphia and cranberry sauce (cooked streaky bacon optional)
Peanut butter and bourneville chocolate
Rasberry jam with tinned peaches

Roast mushroom and bacon with cheese ( yes it takes ages and is the effort the point of a toastie- probably not- but it's delicious!)

Goat cheese and cherry jam.

Bresaola, cheese and rocket or watercress.

Any blue cheese and chunks of plain chocolate.

Sardines.

YY to PB, Nutella and banana.

I must try the egg one!

Crumbly white cheese (Caerphilly preferably), thinly sliced mushrooms and soy sauce.

Marmite (if you like it!) and honey. Sounds odd, tastes delish

Bacon brie and peach. SO good.

Corned beef and cheese. Guacamole and cheese. ANYTHING and cheese.

Manchego cheese and chorizo is da shiz.

Make French toast, add (cooked) bacon/sausage and tomatoes and some grated cheese. Heart attack in a toastie but my goodness it's awesome!
