Food or otherwise? You can glue them into a little house.

I know some dieting people make a kind of tortilla chip with them. I ve not made them myself but tasted them once. They were OK, not ground breaking but not grim.
I suppose you could soften them and cut them not ribbons if you just wanted a different shape to serve with a sauce.
