um, if i make a large batch of fishcakes can i freeze before cooking?

want to increase ds' fish intake so thought i'd try making fishcakes with tinned salmon, pots and an egg (is that right?!). could i cook some and freeze the rest?

I don't know but it works if you cook them all, then freeze some.

i usually cook them all then freeze, just made some with salmon , cod, spinach, capers, and lemon zest serving with sweetpotato wedges and beetroot and horeradish relish with salad

if using tinned salmon add broccoli and sweetcorn to the salmon then blitz in food processor then either fry or add potato and fry, dont need an egg if using potato but do if not hope that makes sense
