Trying to expand my reportaire and bored of making the same old stuff.
The sandwhich fillings/light meals are really for DH who eats at work so only needs something light for dinner trying to watch his weight. These will need to be able to be made fairly easily (and only DH will be eating it as DD and l tend to eat a meal earlier in the evening).
Any vegi, meat, spicy ideas would be most welcome.
Oo and anything low in calories but filling would be good.
