I always feel good if I am eating ahigh fibre diet but need some ideas on how to increase my intake - esp. with the recent findings regarding breast cancer. I eat well and I am trying to be healthy so would love to up my fibre without upping my cals.
I eat vegetables and I try to et fruit (but I don't ever really fancy it, I make myself have it.)
I was wondering where you healthy types get fibre in your diet. Any tips woudl realy help.
