Large meringues, cream and strawbs for 50

Am having a lovely time making big, red and white swirly meringues for a do on Sat. 50 people.

How much double cream and how many strawberries would you cater?

I thought five strawberries each but no clue about cream.

Would really appreciate any thoughts.

you mean 51 people...I am slavering on the keyboard
