They've gone mushy after being left out
Can I make something with them?

I made microwave jam with some like that . It was good .

Purée them with some sugar & fold them into cream & turn into icecream?

Strawberry coulis, whipped cream, mumsnet microwave meringues. Sort of an Eton Mess.
